By accessing or using Scattr (scattr.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Scattr is a content cross-posting service. You compose content once, and Scattr publishes it to multiple social media platforms on your behalf using their official APIs.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Scattr. By using the service, you grant Scattr a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content to the platforms you select.
Scattr offers five tiers: Free ($0), Hobby ($9.99/mo), Pro ($19.99/mo), Business ($49.99/mo), and Enterprise ($199/mo). Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prorated refunds may be issued at Scattr’s discretion.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Platform-side outages (X, Telegram, etc.) are outside our control.
Scattr integrates with X (Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with these platforms. Their respective terms of service apply to content posted there. We are not responsible for actions these platforms take on your content.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Scattr ceases immediately. You may request data export before termination.
Scattr is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Scattr’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to Scattr in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Scattr harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at 0xkekw@gmail.com. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
